Job Description:
Trinitas Ventures has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager of Leasing and Marketing Strategy. This position oversees and leads the essential strategies and tactics portion of the leasing functions for the student housing portfolio at Trinitas Ventures. This position is responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive leasing training program, the development of value:creating leasing strategies and overseeing the implementation of Trinitas Outreach and Leasing processes and procedures throughout the portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with VP of Leasing and Marketing to facilitate successful renewal leasing campaigns in accordance with property goals. Collaborate with VP of Leasing and Marketing to identify and implement successful leasing specials, programs and lease term structures as markets may dictate to achieve portfolio leasing goals. Ensure these strategies and tactics are implemented appropriately. Participate in Leasing + Marketing calls to obtain firsthand market data (through the use of market survey and competition special reviews) and provide guidance, feedback and input on leasing and marketing strategy and tactics in order to achieve property goals. Assist in the creation and maintenance of all leasing policies and procedures for Trinitas and its student housing portfolio. Maintain an active, year:round education curriculum for Trinitas leasing and marketing employees at all site properties using: online, face:to:face, group and video training methods. Train onsite managers and corporate personnel responsible for leasing on the leasing and outreach process, policies, procedures, and customer service expectations and prepare them to train others. Monitor and track all site:based staff training to ensure it is properly executed for all new and existing personnel involved in the leasing and outreach process. Provide ongoing mentoring, training, and hands:on participation with the entire onsite staff regarding the Trinitas Way for Leasing and Marketing. Work with VP of Leasing and Marketing to develop and execute performance based leasing programs that reinforce Trinitas leasing objectives, leasing process and marketing outreach. Including: leasing goals, marketing outreach goals, mystery shop evaluations and Leasing and Marketing Recognition programs. Monitor and ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws. Assume duties of other positions when needed for underperforming assets or to fill temporary staffing voids. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills Education and Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Business or related field Minimum 3 years previous experience in real estate, preferably in leasing or sales Minimum 1 year previous experience training adults in both one:on:one and group settings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Previous experience as a real estate or leasing manager with proven leasing track record Previous student housing experience Ability to effectively manage competing and conflicting demands on time and attention Strong problem solving skills by demonstrating ability to effec
