Interior or exterior photos?: Exterior only. Number of properties to be photographed: Other (Beck Plaza + nearby major retailers if existing). Type(s) of real estate: Retail space. Approximate square footage: I'm not sure. Total shots needed: Over 30. Photo products: Other (High Resolution JPEGs delivered electronically). Additional services: (Intentionally left blank). More info: Photographer requirements: - A complete understanding of exposure, metering, aperture/depth of field, white balance, etc. - Ability to capture photos using the manual setting and aperture setting. If necessary, bracket shots. - 12 MP or higher; Full frames bodies preferred. - We need files in high resolution JPEG formats. Keep raws on the side in the event that I need them. - Please do not edit photos; we will edit them in-house. - Prefer someone that is close by Project Details: -Need around 50 photos in total. The main purpose of the shoot is Beck Plaza. A secondary and minor focus is any nearby large retailers. I will have additional samples and additional guidelines for you. When responding please provide the following: 1) Camera you will be using for shoot 2) Weather 3) Your earliest availability. Ideally the shoot will occur on Wednesday / Thursday, the days it is not raining.
